REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Real Estate Administration supports the vision, mission, and goals of the University of Utah and the University of Utah Research Foundation through:
- Strategic management of Research Park which supports the incubation, acceleration and transfer of University research and technology to the private sector, promotes growth of technology, and fosters an environment conducive to interaction and collaboration between the University and private industry;
- Professional property management paired with innovative system operations of University owned properties to ensure sustainable energy usage and long-term viability of these assets;
- Stewardship and full-service management of real property assets including gift lands, trust lands, and commercial properties supported through cost effective real estate brokerage and development services to University departments and affiliated entities.
