REA MANAGED PROPERTIES


Our Operations Team serves the University of Utah community by providing property management services, building maintenance, and management of small construction projects primarily within properties owned by the University of Utah Research Foundation as well as for multi-tenanted properties.

Our mission is to provide stewardship of the University’s real property assets through innovative real estate services and property management.

Williams Building
Williams Building

The Williams Building is comprised of approximately 210,000 square feet of office space. The building provides wonderful meeting spaces, and a café that is open to the public. Contact us to learn more about scheduling meeting rooms at the Williams Building.

The Midvalley Health Center is located in Murray, Utah, just north of Fashion Place Mall and offers the following services:

Forms


We use the same forms for building, key, and parking access at all properties, with the exception of the Williams Building. That building has its own access form (referenced above). For now, the only form that needs to be included under all of the managed properties is the “Updated – General Building Access, Key, and Parking Request” Form.
