We use the same forms for building, key, and parking access at all properties, with the exception of the Williams Building. That building has its own access form (referenced above). For now, the only form that needs to be included under all of the managed properties is the “Updated – General Building Access, Key, and Parking Request” Form.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
Our Operations Team consists of a professional staff of building engineers and facility managers who are charged with maintaining buildings and landscapes, managing vendor contracts for services such as janitorial, and helping resolve building issues when they arise. Our construction management staff can help with small projects and tenant improvements, and our administrative staff assist with building and parking access.
Our team members are assigned tasks through work orders administered through our Real Estate Administration Client Services Help Desk which is staffed 24/6, 365 days per year.
