Our Operations Team serves the University of Utah community by providing property management services, building maintenance, and management of small construction projects primarily within properties owned by the University of Utah Research Foundation as well as for multi-tenanted properties.

HOW CAN WE HELP?


Our Operations Team consists of a professional staff of building engineers and facility managers who are charged with maintaining buildings and landscapes, managing vendor contracts for services such as janitorial, and helping resolve building issues when they arise. Our construction management staff can help with small projects and tenant improvements, and our administrative staff assist with building and parking access.

Our team members are assigned tasks through work orders administered through our Real Estate Administration Client Services Help Desk which is staffed 24/6, 365 days per year.
